Excellent company to do business with. They have excellent customer service from the beginning to end. A breeze to schedule an estimate and before I knew it, it was tree removal day! Their team showed up on time, very professional, and answered all of my questions! I appreciate how safety-conscious they were during the entire removal. After the tree was removed, they cleaned everything up and it was like they were never there!

I spent $2200 yesterday to have a 70 ft tree removed and another two large trees trimmed. I work hard to make ends meet and this was a huge investment of hard earned money for me. I don't think I have ever felt so good about spending that much money! I got a lot of bids, and had another company tell me that they could not do the work and make money for Done Rite's price. When I discussed this with Done Rite's owner, he explained that Done Rite is more efficient due to their machinery and very experienced employees. They did an absolutely STELLAR job safely removing the huge tree coming over top of my house with a crane. They took extra time to cut the tree into small sizes that I requested, and even left me some firewood from another job they were doing yesterday. The clean up was fantastic, leaving my yard looking better than when they started! I believe that you can do no better than to hire this excellent company.

Wow! What a fabulous job Done-Rite did with our trees today. They removed a dying honey locust, ground the stump and left my lawn, the street and the surrounding flower beds SPOTLESS! You can't tell there was ever a tree there! They pruned 8 other trees on our property, and left the surrounding areas better than when they arrived! Even cut and stacked the wood for fire wood! I would strongly recommend this company!

We had part of a large Willow fall into our neighbor's pasture during a wind storm. We called several tree services and Done Rite was the only one who called us back. They came out the next day and removed the fallen tree from the neighbor's pasture. They did a remarkable clean up job. Two weeks later we had them come back and remove two large trees along with removing the stumps. They came when they said they would, they were very skilled, friendly, courteous and entertaining! Once again the cleanup was remarkable and stumps are gone. They have all the tools of the trade. They make quite a statement with all their large equipment!

A tree had broken in the night and Done Right pulled into the neighborhood to work on a neighbor's tree. The crew offered to clear up the downed tree since they were in the area. They were quick, profession and reasonably priced.

I have used Done Rite Tree service 2 times at 2 locations to remove stumps. In both cases they removed the stumps completely below the ground level. In both cases there were sprinkler lines mixed up into the root system of the trees and the sprinkler lines were damaged. This is not Done Rite Tree's fault, it was simply a circumstance of poor yard arrangement. Their service was fast and effective with a fair price.
